Dairy promotion grants available to New England farmers
Farmers planning local dairy promotion activities can apply for up to $2,400 annually.
BOSTON — New England Dairy’s dairy promotion grant program helps farmers build trust in dairy, educate consumers, and increase consumption.
Farmers planning local dairy promotion activities can apply for up to $2,400 annually. There are two grant deadlines this year: February 28 and July 14, 2023. Farmers can apply online: bit.ly/NED-promotion-grants
Examples of activities that would be considered for funding include events that bring dairy to unexpected places, on-farm events, campaigns to connect with consumers on social media, and more.
Applicants must be associated with the production of cow milk as a dairy producer or dairy farm employee located in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.
