ITHACA, N.Y. — Cornell University’s Center for Regional Economic Advancement (CREA) invites food entrepreneurs with early-stage ideas for value-added dairy products to apply for Dairy Runway, a free entrepreneurship program focused on initial product concept, customer discovery and prototyping.
