Canceled—Massachusetts Ag Day 2020

Unfortunately, we had to make a decision to cancel Agriculture Day at the State House, scheduled for March 25, out of an abundance of caution regarding the conoravirus. Most events at the State House are being canceled. The Governor has asked that large groups not meet, and state agencies cannot facilitate such meetings. It was a big decision, but it was the correct one.
We have accrued expenses at this point. Once all expenses have been calculated, we will send a pro-rated refund to each sponsor, unless you wish to have it carried over for 2021. Please let us know. If any producers want a return of donated product, please let us know and we will attempt such returns. Otherwise, as of March 25 we will donate remaining product to Assabet Voc-Tech High School’s culinary program.
Thank you for your understanding. The Leadership Visits scheduled for that day WILL GO ON AS SCHEDULED. Please watch for information if you are involved in those visits.
